Gear to Bring

Quick-Drying Clothes or Bathing Suit: Wear lightweight, quick-drying clothing suitable for water activities.
Water Shoes or Secured Sandals: Wear comfortable, water-resistant footwear with a good grip. For your safety and comfort, going barefoot on this tour is strictly prohibited.
Towel and Change of Clothes:For drying off and changing after the tour.
Waterproof Camera or Smartphone:Please remember to keep your electronic devices secured in a waterproof pouch with a lanyard to attach them to your life vest. Tour guides will not rescue any lost item regardless of its value.
Drink Water and Eat a Snack Prior to the Tour:Ensure you are well-hydrated and have enough energy for the paddling adventure.

Pick-up and drop-off service is available exclusively for hotels or lodging in the San Juan, Condado and Isla Verde areas. If your accommodation is outside these zones, additional transfer fees may apply. Please contact us in advance to coordinate transportation and confirm availability

Please note that submitting a booking request for this tour does not guarantee automatic confirmation. Due to the customized nature and availability of this experience, all bookings must be manually confirmed by Mr. Sanchez Transport and Tours.

This tour requires a minimum of four people. Chances are that you will be added to a group to meet the minimum capacity requirements.

Adventure’s Restrictions

Maximum weight limit is 240 lbs. (109 kg.) per person (no exceptions). For safety, weight checks will be conducted before each tour. Participants exceeding the individual weight limit will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be issued.
Minimum Age: 6 years old, and participants age 6-13 must be accompanied by an adult on
the same kayak.
Participants ages 14-17 must have an adult participating in the tour.
The following guests cannot participate:
- Pregnant women and guests with a recent surgery.
- Guests with neck, back, arms or leg problems or wearing a cast.
- Guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, and/or dizziness.
- Guests who show signs of intoxication by drugs or alcohol will not be admitted on this tour.
We will not provide a refund to any customer who failed to adhere to the tour restriction above disclosed.
